Teaching your children lessons for a healthy life

We have both Recreational and Competitive boys classes.

Most boys start in the recreational classes and each August we assess the boys for the competitive stream.

We use the Gymnastics Australian National Boys program and compete both within Western Australia, Interstate and overseas.

The classes are designed to build up both the boys confidence and their overall strength, using all the six apparatus (Floor, Vault, High Bar, Rings, Pommel, Parallel Bars) and trampoline.

Boys need to wear a white T-Shirt and shorts (Boys gymnastics shorts can be ordered online- see the front desk for details). No jewellery is allowed for safety reasons. Long hair must be tied back.

Please click HERE for the boys timetable for recreational classes.

Gymnastics is a very complex sport and boys interested in competitions train for many hours to build up the strength and confidence to undertake the skills required.

Boys train between 4 to 12 hours a week in very small classes. As they progress through the ten levels under the Australian Program they will train both before and after school.  Weekend classes are compulsory.

They boys wear a specific uniform for both training and competitions, boys are

part of a team and will be required to take part in all competitions for that season (June to October). Interstate and overseas competitions may start once the boys reach National Level 3.
